Diary: 25 December 2015
An early morning is required to get the turkey ready for lunch.
It is still dark as we head into the kitchen to start preparing the Christmas meal.
It is two days before Christmas and the knives are out.
Some essential housekeeping is necessary to keep us evenly tempered today.
It is three days before Christmas and the main job today is to clear some space in the kitchen.
There will be vegetables and jars, tins, packets and bottles to store for the big day.
In four weeks’ time we will be waking up to Boxing Day.
It’s time to start eating mince pies.
Gochugaru Girl had a lovely Christmas Day with Mr Gochugaru and Juniors 1, 2 and 3.
Naturally, over the turkey lunch, there has to be at least one impromptu joke which makes everyone groan.
Gochugaru Girl was called a Mince Pie Nerd over dinner recently.
I am not sure whether to take this as a compliment or an insult.
Gochugaru Girl received a surprise parcel this morning.
What made it even more exciting was that it was from South Korea.
