‘Tis the season to be jolly.
We start with a Moroccan-inspired dinner on Christmas Eve.
It is two days before Christmas and the knives are out.
Some essential housekeeping is necessary to keep us evenly tempered today.
It is three days before Christmas and the main job today is to clear some space in the kitchen.
There will be vegetables and jars, tins, packets and bottles to store for the big day.
I have had a happy week researching recipes for dumplings.

Jedi Gochugaru and Young Padawan Gochugaru have gone to the cinema.
