A cold morning calls for a hot cup of tea.

Today, this is served from a flask at a lacrosse match.

They are simple to make with the help of some sharp tools.

Gochugaru Girl had a lovely Christmas Day with Mr Gochugaru and Juniors 1, 2 and 3.

Naturally, over the turkey lunch, there has to be at least one impromptu joke which makes everyone groan.

Gochugaru Girl has just started watching a new Korean drama.

The drama is called City Hunter and it has elements that remind me of Batman.

Gochugaru Girl has a treasured jar of deep-red dried chillies.

The chillies look ordinary but they have a very interesting provenance.

Gochugaru Girl, like the rest of her family, likes the addition of chilli in her food.

Over the years I have tried all sorts of chilli pastes and I now have a Korean one.
